Anuraag has strong international experience, close to 30 years in Telecom and non-Telecom services. His extensive experience encompasses many industries like Oil and Gas, Telecom, IoT and Building Digitization.
Heading the Solutions and Services Group for Kathrein APAC (including China and India) was his last assignment, where he set up the IoT and Building-digitization businesses. In his previous roles, he has been Head of Network Operations (Managed Services) for Nokia, Head of Services (Turkey, Eastern Europe and Central Asia), and Project Director for the Bharti Airtel pan-India rollouts.
Anuraag has an exceptional strategic as well as an operational background, having led multiple regional and global assignments involving large scale services ramp ups, transformational turnarounds and greenfield operations setup.
With his rich experience, he brings in industry domain knowledge and global business perspective to drive success especially in challenging and highly competitive environments.
He is currently based in Singapore and has lived in Turkey, India and Taiwan.
Director – Head of Sales
Narasimha Kandade has worked with Kathrein India for more than two decades; of which the last 5 years as 'Director and Country Head'. In this role, he was responsible for overseeing Kathrein’s performance in the entire South Asian market which included India, Sir Lanka, Bangladesh, Nepal & Maldives. Working closely with the other leadership in the company, he played a crucial role in ensuring that Kathrein is well positioned in each of these key markets for continued growth.
Narasimha was instrumental in delivering innovative technology solutions in the broad set of key verticals such as Mobile Communication, Broadcasting, Satellite Television, IoT and building digitalization.
He has successfully led sales and solution teams to serve leading telecom companies such as Airtel, Idea, Ericsson and Nokia. With significant contribution to sales, strategic direction and driving operational efficiencies, he is one of the key architects of company’s business growth.
Head of Sales (North India)
Indermeet Singh is an enthusiastic sales specialist with a commitment to perform beyond expectations. With more than a decade of successful experience in all aspects of sales encompassing formulation and execution of sales strategies, account management, mining new clients accounts, managing client relationships, sales, profit & loss, his responsibilities include oversight of all sales related programs and ensuring their success.
The secret to his success is keeping clients' problems at the center of his approach and finding the right solution for them.
He enjoys challenges and hence working in new geographical territories motivates him to take proactive result-driven initiatives that promote sales, thereby ensuring revenue growth.
Indermeet Singh holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Applications and an MBA (Honours) post graduate degree in Marketing.
