Do you know what is a Temperature Danger Zone for food? The temperature danger zone is the threshold (a temperature range) in which the bacteria in food can grow rapidly, and multiply themselves into two times in amount in about twenty minutes, the cycle repeats by itself every twenty minutes. 

The Food Standards Agency (FSA) sets the danger zone between 4-60 °C or 40–140°F as the range desirable for the food to stay out to keep itself safe.

Cold chain management in pharmacy, Traditionally there are temperature-sensitive life savings drugs that need to be maintained at a certain temperature range during transit and storage. As per WHO Guidance, four categories of temperature ranges are suggested, Store Frozen – transported and stored at -4 °C or -20°F, for Heat Sensitive products that must not be frozen 2°-8°C (36°-46°F), Cool: Store between 8°-15°C (45°-59°F), Room temperature: Store at 15°-25°C (59°-77°F). Ambient temperature: Store at 15°-25°C (59°-77°F) or up to 30°C (86°F).
